L'aéroport de Sherbrooke est ouvert toute l'année, sept jours sur sept. Les services et l'assistance aux pilotes sont disponibles :
- de 8 h à 20 h - les samedis et dimanches, du 1er mai au 30 septembre;
- de 8 h à 18 h - les samedis et dimanches, du 1er octobre au 30 avril;
- de 6 h à 20 h du lundi au vendredi, du 1er janvier au 31 décembre.
